NFL doesn’t even stand for football

  •  Our apologies for all the F words

The NFL has worked hard to become a totally discredited institution.  The “F” no longer stands for football rather, by their own devises and divisiveness,  one or another derivations of these “F”words apply to the “league” owners and players:  fractious, fragile, fraudulent, freebooters, fritterers, frivolous, fuddled, fulsome, funereal, fathomless, farcical, factious, faithless, feigning, feverish, fiasco prone, flapdoodles, flatulent, flimflammers, foolhardy, fustian and more, none of which derive from freedom-honoring.

The owners with maybe one or two exceptions are as idiotic as the players who choose to insult America. Taking a knee with respect to the flag or as regards the nation and its  history means “I am out of this, I am not part of this.” with the presumption of a racist fabric to the country.  That is the purpose of the “taking a knee” football player protests of late.  Theirs was no Tim Tebow “taking a knee” praising God moment as he did some years ago.

The Dallas owner is no exception to the fulmination of late. He is a perpetrator. His little stunt, “taking a knee” in unison with the team just prior to the anthem, is as disrespectful of the nation as “taking a knee” is intended by the jerks who have done so during the anthem.   His actions appear  in unity with the idea that paints America falsely, a condemnation that America is not structured as a land of freedom and opportunity but one intended to deny opportunity based on race. That is a false ideology foisted on the fans, and he is part of it, and for what?  He is helping foment disgust with his “profession”.

NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE: “YOU WANT ‘PATRIOTISM’? SHOW US THE MONEY!”

And who remembers how low this outfit has gone?

The league’s “patriotism” turned out to be a paid ‘public service’ display.

Wow! The NFL willing to honor our nations armed forces…for a fee, of course.

Now that’s “patriotism”! As they ‘fearless’ say in the NFL (at least some of those “intelligent” players, as New England owner Bob Kraft describes them), “Hands up, don’t shoot!”

The Pentagon paid 14 NFL teams $5.4 million to ‘salute troops’

ARE THEY MAKING ANTI-AMERICANISM A “RACIAL ISSUE”? AND FOREIGN POLICY ISSUE?

“See how NFL players responded to Trump’s attack on national anthem protests before game in London

SO IT WAS Trump’s comments THAT were “divisive and counterproductive to what our country needs right now”

Back to Jerry’s Children

Originally nicknamed by the media during the highlight film in 1978, the Dallas Cowboys, also known as America’s Team, stuck. The individual narrating the film, opened with the nickname, and it continues to represent the team today.

During the opening game of the 1979 season, the announcer for CBS called the Dallas Cowboys by their new nickname, and from that point on, it became part of the team. Fans, announcers, and even team members, used the nickname.
Whether you love them or hate them, the Dallas Cowboys will always be America’s Team.

Hereafter, when the Dallas Cowboys are referred to as “America’s Team, only loud snickers will be heard.

America’s Team, indeed. AFTER MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2017, WHAT A BIG G–DAMN JOKE THAT IS !

So stop buying team and NFL branded items, don’t buy pay per view showings or cable channels specializing in them, and maybe get out your needle and thread . . .
