SHOCKED…SHOCKED, I TELL YOU!

Long time Washington politicians were scandalized by the coarse, vulgar language spewed by President Trump in a meeting Thursday:

Trump Alarms Lawmakers With Disparaging Words for Haiti and Africa*

WASHINGTON — “President Trump on Thursday balked at an immigration deal that would include protections for people from Haiti and African countries, demanding to know at a White House meeting why he should accept immigrants from “shithole countries” rather than people from places like Norway, according to people with direct knowledge of the conversation….”.

From Veritaspac’s Washington bureau, 11Jan17:

Not only were the seasoned politicos shocked and embarrassed by such language…It is believed to be Nancy Pelosi who exclaimed, “Gosh darn, I hope that Oprah didn’t hear that; she wouldn’t agree to sit in the Oval Office seat soiled by such a foul-mouthed predecessor.

But not only were the very proper members of the Democratic conference reviled and outraged but highly regarded Hollywood personalities are reported to have held their ears at word of President Trump’s vile outburst. Robert DeNiro went to confession that afternoon to seek absolution for allowing Trump’s tirade to be recounted for him in full.
Other distinguished stars were so angry at the vulgar expression of Trump’s evil thoughts, some shredded their ‘pussy hats’.

News people were shocked as well. Hard-bitten reporters with decades of experience within the Beltway were astounded at the president’s shameless vulgarity. One said that if any other president in history had used a word like “sh-t”, even in private, he would have been forced to resign.

“Holy Whillikers…er, excuse me”, said one, embarrassed at his momentary lapse, “I just haven’t recovered from what I heard come out of the mouth of our nation’s leader, even though it has been almost two hours ago.”

And so it is. Another day in Washington, with our nation’s madman.

A personal observation: I would never use such an expletive to describe countries to which President Trump referred…even though they may be some of the worst governed, poorest managed, most corrupt in the world.

No. I would only suggest it was a fair question…why from these crappy countries?

If those places aren’t sh$%^oles, why are people so adamant about not wanting to be sent back there?

I’m a little more proletariat, and less genteel than y’all. I’ve used that adjective many times.
