Look, let’s be realistic. The answer to one simple question should easily provide guidance to what our esteemed Senate Majority Leader must do with regard to the Gorsuch nomination. It can be encapsulated in the bracelet that every Republican should be required to wear: “WWDD?”
That is “What Would Democrats Do?”, or, “What WILL Democrats Do?” when and if they are ever in the majority.
Is there anyone out there, Republican or Democrat who would not, quickly or reluctantly, answer: “Bye, bye, filibuster!” ?
If one cannot, one is a damnable liar. DLH
