Famous Speeches — How to Win Wars by Barack Obama

Our Commander-in-Chief this week mimic’s Winston Churchill (not)

Via London Daily Mail:

Last night was SO fun, we must do it again some time: Obama’s are all hugs with Argentinian counterparts after THAT night of tango dancing as they finally head home

‘You want to be respectful and understand the gravity of the situation,’ he said, ‘but the whole premise of terrorism is to try to disrupt people’s ordinary lives.’

(Ed. Note: He could have added here that a few airport bombings or mass beheadings or any terrorist action is going to”disrupt” he and Michele’s and Sasha and Malia’s “ordinary lives”)

Addressing the situation again yesterday, during a press conference in Argentina, Obama said, ‘We defeat them in part by saying, you are not strong; you are weak.

‘We send a message to those who might be inspired by them to say, you are not going to change our values of liberty and openness and the respect of all people.’

The U.S. president argued that it’s important for him ‘to be able to work with people who are building and who are creating things and creating jobs,’ like foreign leaders, even in the face of terror.

‘We have to make sure that we lift up, and stay focused, as well, on the things that are most important to us,’ Obama stated. ‘Because we’re on the right side of history.’

That evening Obama attended a state dinner hosted by Argentina’s president, Mauricio Macri. Part of the evening’s events: a tango performance. As reporters were led out of the room, the female dancer approached Obama.

He brushed her off at first, then agreed to take a spin around the room with her.
Photos and videos captured the president gliding around the dance floor with the dancer – starting a new round of criticisms about his priorities and calls for him to come home.

Who says our president doesn’t have a strategy to defeat ISIS?

Even for Barack Obama, it was a remarkable statement, revealing far more about his priorities, his indifference to his responsibilities, and his contempt for presidential decorum than it seems certain he intended…or did he?

Determined that nothing short of a sudden INCREASE IN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 2 DEGREES OVER 100 YEARS of “climate change” or an unflattering cover story in Vanity Fair would interfere with another typical wildly expensive taxpayer-funded Spring Break extravaganza, Obama airily dismissed “Republican” criticism by revealing how his administration is addressing the ISIS, er, ISIL threat.

We ask, do you recall the stirring words of Winston Churchill, June 1940:
“We shall go on to the end, we shall remind Herr Hitler he is weak in France,
“we shall remind him on the seas and oceans,
“we shall shout with great gusto and with growing confidence “you are weak”! whatever the cost of our rhetoric may be,
“on the beaches,
“on the landing grounds.
“in the fields and in the streets,
“in the hills;
“we shall never surrender!
“Adolf Hitler, YOU ARE WEAK!”
