McConnell – thinks politics under the Obamanation is still a game

What kind of game lets the opponent make all the rules?

So far not up to Obama's "game"

So far not up to Obama’s “game”

If the McConnell-led Senate needs a rationale for refusing to fund Obama’s illegal, unconstitutional Executive action to legalize the illegal, Michael Goodwin provides a chilling glimpse of the not-too-distant future which should be more than sufficient: Obama is on a rampage.  Indeed so. Goodwin cites what amounts to an out and out threat to America: Addressing wealthy donors in San Francisco, Obama said, “Two years is a long time”. (It)…is also the time…we’re going to be setting the stage for…the next ten years of American policy”.

Looking back on the past six years of Obama’s “policies”, there is probably no greater threat that a president can make. This is, as Goodwin notes, a “rogue” president. He has shown utter contempt for just about everything the USA has stood for since its founding over two centuries ago. To him the Constitution is irrelevant, the law is what he says it is. All of Mr. Obama’s worst instincts and impulses have been unleashed with his reelection, though they were only thinly veiled during his first term.

Screen Shot 2015-02-22 at 8.48.37 AMIt is undeniable that he rejects the concept of “separation of powers”, “checks and balances”. He has declared that if Congress fails to act in accord with his desires, he’ll use his infamous “pen and phone” and do what he wants anyway. If the courts rule against his various illegal and/or unconstitutional actions, he will have achieved a “fait accompli” by the time a ruling is made, as he did when the Supreme Court ruled declared his non-recess recess appointments unconstitutional. By then, the 150 or so rulings the “illegal” NLRB had made could not be undone. . If a federal judge calls for a halt to an action, he’s shown that he will openly defy it, as he did during the Gulf spill episode. Watch and see what he does with regard to the recent federal judge’s order to suspend activity to implement Obama’s Executive action.

During much of Obama’s first term, nearly all of the so-called “mainstream media” supported and helped him advance his every action. He was the “progressive” media’s “nocturnal emission” (look it up), because he was the Messiah who would finally deliver the utopian socialist system. Now, that Obama is showing the darkest side of every would be dictatorship, many in the media may no longer see him as their dreamboat. But it is now dangerously close to vein unable to do anything about it. The media is now intimidated, under surveillance where this administration suspects they may be plotting “disloyal’ news stories . Ask Sharyl Attkisson, or James Rosen.

Obama is correct, two years is a long time. Goodwin is also correct, in those two years Obama can do so much damage to America and to the world, and it likely cannot be ever be undone.

Senator McConnell, the very fate of America and the world may depend on you. And not even the US Chamber of Commerce can save you.

One Response to McConnell – thinks politics under the Obamanation is still a game

  1. phil silverman says:

Obamanation! yay! isn’t that cute? Jerry Corsi wrote a book under that title before Obama ever had a glass of water at the White House. Yes, McConnell…that exemplary American…”Our policy must be to make Obama a one-term President” [“the hell with blue collar job development, what Rush sez, goez”]. Keep trying, guys, all the way thru Hillary’s election.
