Jeb opines . . .

. . . and it is pure Jebberish

Jeb Bush has written an op-ed for…what else?…the Washington Post. And it is written as one would expect from a real “loser”.

We don’t suggest that anyone bother to read the whole boring piece. It adds a new term to the political dictionary, defining the overused platitudes, pointless trivia, and vapid drivel…pure “Jebberish”.

Poor old Jeb’s performance in this election cycle may well doom the political chances for many future generations of Bushes.

What a shame!

Trump does not represent the future of the country — or the GOP

“I haven’t decided how I’ll vote in November — whether I’ll support the Libertarian ticket or write in a candidate — but I do know there are a lot of things* Republicans can do in the coming months to lay the groundwork for rebuilding our party and the foundation for a true conservative renewal in our country.”

*Apparently one of them is to get Hillary Clinton elected.          DLH

  1. Designated2 says:

Reading his article in the WaPo (I can see why they lapped it up) there is tripe aplenty.

Jeb says: “The failure of elected leaders to break the gridlock in Washington has led to an increasingly divided electorate, which in turn has led to a breakdown in our political system.’

The political system he laments losing is the one that has led to inexorable government advancement, we have been compromised to oblivion. Gridlock is not always bad.

Jeb says: “We should work to end crony capitalism and revolving-door politics;. . .

I think those are some things Trump claims he wants to do

Jeb says: “restoring the United States as a world leader is necessary for our national security and the security of our allies, and that begins with leading the fight against radical Islamic terrorism.’

If one subscribes to Reagan’s three legged stool of sound policy for a thriving country you can’t toy with supporting isolationist Gary Johnson, as Jeb has done. Trump wants a strong military and no “stupid wars” but he is not an isolationist.

Jeb’s reference to strong families is tripe if he could supports Gary Johnson — two parent families and marriage issues are not something he is worried about, or drug use.

Jeb says: “Let’s find ways to campaign and govern inclusively.”

Seriously Jeb, what does that mean even superficially – quotas??
