UN summit to approve 15-year blueprint to eradicate poverty

And, the good news is, the UN will accomplish all of this for only $3.5 to $5 TRILLION PER YEAR in just 15 years!
Heck, Europe and the US have that much lying around in pocket change. And then when Messrs. Putin and Xi chip in a couple $ trillion, and Pope Francis donates a couple of Fiat 500’s, VOILA! Every person on the planet is rich, healthy, and really nice to each other.
Why didn’t somebody think of this before? (I hear that ISIS has already asked about how they can help.)
